My son ordered wedding shirts and ties from your company. email order XXXXXXX. An associate called me with a concern about the size of the tie. He said the tie size would be too small for the shirt size we ordered. I had never ordered a tie before and didnt really know. It is for my daughters wedding and I wanted it to be just right. The smaller size tux was just perfect, except the waistband in the trousers had to have a smaller elastic put in the front section whicfh wasno problem for our local seamstress.
The tux and sailor suit were big hits with everyone on the cruise ship. Little Christian looked absolutely adorable.
Lots of people asked where I bought them and I gave them your company name. I hope it will give you some extra business, which I'm sure will lead to more.
One of our sons is getting married next year in September. I just might need another tux... so I will be in touch when the time comes.

Not only do I love the shirts and I will shop with you again , the customer service was outstanding... The lady who I spoke with on the phone was too incredibly sweet. She called because our billing address was not correct and I had to change that and she was so patient with me as I wanted to change the sizes... She was just to sweet , a lot of customer service people now a days are so rude and impatient . i wanted to comment on how PLEASED we were with the shirt and the service.
i had called and talked with Tammy - explaining that we needed a turquoise
shirt as my son was ring bearer in a wedding and we needed it by a certain
time. She checked inventory and while i was on hold, went and made sure the
shirt was taken to the area to be shipped. We received it in time, it fit
and looked great and everyone had a good time (a picture of my son at the
beach wedding, bearing the "ring", is attached).
