RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges Policy
To insure the quality of our items, you may return /or exchange an item for a refund or replacement within 15 days of the postmarked shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.This includes all refused, undeliverable and unaccepted packages.
All returns MUST be accompanied by the packing slip. Please indicate your reason for the return. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected items. Items returned or exchanged, MUST be intact with tags and original packaging, NOT worn, soiled or laundered. Items MUST come back exactly as they were sent to you (not wadded up etc.) They must be able to be resold. Shoe boxes MUST come back looking brand new exactly as sent! No exceptions! WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS
If you wish to EXCHANGE an item for another size or color etc. Please follow the return guidelines and send the item back as described in the return policy with a note stating your preferences for your new shipment. You WILL be charged shipping and handling costs associated with the new shipment. OR, you may simply reorder the correct item, and when we receive your returned merchandise providing all policies are followed, we will refund your purchase minus shipping and handling.. (HINT-This is the fastest method for exchanges)
