Hours of Operation: 8 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time. 

Shipping special is for standard ground parcels for the USA only. If you received discounted or free shipping and the item(s) from the order are returned, our regular shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount. This applies to returns or exchanges, if you place a new order for an exchange that qualifies for the discounted or free shipping you will again receive discounted or free shipping on the new order, however, our regular shipping will still be deducted from the original returned order. This shipping special is not valid for  custom orders or made to order items. Orders with more than four pieces of the same item or more than ten items all together are considered custom orders.  United States Shipping Policy

These charges are for ground shipping and handling which is generally 10-15 business days. All orders placed before 5:00 P.M. are processed the day placed and shipped the following morning through USPS providing the items are in stock.. If your order is placed after 5:00 P.M., the order is processed the following morning and shipped the next day providing the items are in stock..

Should you enter the incorrect shipping amount, we WILL adjust the total to reflect the correct shipping total. 

If you need PRIORITY shipping which is 2-4  business days delivery there is an ADDITIONAL charge of 3.95 for this service.

If you need 2 business days guaranteed shipping, PLEASE either phone us or request EXPRESS in the customer comments field.  Items shipped EXPRESS MUST be shipped to the billing address your bank has on file for your account. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!. And Please keep in mind, due to theft, fraud etc. all Express packages must be signed for.

If you need your item by a certain date, please add that in the customer comments section so we/you can be assured it will arrive in time!

We can not be held liable for sometimes slower shipping times especially during busy holiday seasons. Once the package leaves our store, you are at the mercy of the USPS. We will give you your tracking numbers as soon as it leaves our shipping center. We ship ALL packages via USPS with Tracking Numbers, therefore, we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders if the tracking number states the package has been delivered. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

Please be advised we DO verify all information with your bank. If you give us billing information that does not match the banks records, we will call you and ask for the correct info. If you are shipping to somewhere other than your billing address, we will call the bank and see if you have that address listed with them as an alternate shipping address. If you do not, we will not ship. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU MUST MATCH THE BANKS RECORDS. Sometimes, your bank will not verify this information or they will be closed. When this happens, there WILL be a delay until everything matches in the system. This is for our safety as well as yours.

WE WILL ONLY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ON THE CREDIT CARD OR PAY PAL ACCOUNT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS OR PAYMENT METHODS. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES ARE HIGHER THAN U.S. RATES. YOU WILL BE EMAILED YOUR TOTAL CHARGE FOR YOUR APPROVAL BEFORE WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER. IF YOU ARE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, PLEASE EMAIL US AND WE CAN GIVE YOU OTHER OPTIONS. GENERALLY, FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL IS AN AVERAGE OF 3 WEEKS, INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY IS AN AVERAGE OF 2 WEEKS AND EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL IS AN AVERAGE OF 1 WEEK.  PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW YOUR COUNTRY PROCESS MAIL AND CANNOT GUARANTEE TIMES OUT OF THE US. THESE AVERAGES ARE STRICTLY APPROXIMATIONS.

The prices posted for shipping are for US destinations only. Once we verify that that we can accept your credit card through our system, we will email you shipping prices and options. You  then must choose which price/time frame you prefer  We will NOT ship until you approve the price and method of shipping. International shipping is higher and the time frames are longer that what we have posted for US destinations. If you are in another country and wish to order, simply email us and we can provide other options for you to order. We are not set up to deal with International credit cards, customs, foreign currency, language barriers etc. .INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS, DUTY CHARGES,  VALUE ADDES TAXES AND GENERAL SERVICE TAXES .Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may also be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance etc. are the recipients responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. As of 8-1-2008 we will no longer charge sales tax on orders shipped out of California!

Return Policy  

To insure the quality of our items, you may return /or exchange an item for a refund or replacement within 15 days of the postmarked shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.This 25% restocking fees also applies to all refused, undeliverable, unaccepted packages and made to order items.

All returns MUST be accompanied by the packing slip. Please indicate your reason for the return. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected items. Items returned or exchanged, MUST be intact with tags and original packaging, NOT worn, soiled or laundered. Shoe boxes MUST come back looking brand new exactly as sent!  No exceptions!  If you have any questions, please email us:) We are here to help.

               If you wish to EXCHANGE an item for another size or color etc. Please follow the return guidelines and send the item back as described in the return policy with a note stating your preferences for your new shipment. You WILL be charged shipping and handling costs associated with the new shipment. OR, you may simply reorder the correct item, and when we receive your returned merchandise providing all policies are followed, we will refund your purchase minus shipping and handling.. (HINT-This is the fastest method for exchanges).

We will let you know if this is the case, and will honor this offer on another item of similar or equal value. We are not responsible for shipments once we ship the item. If the item is returned for a refund, we will refund the cost of the item less the normal shipping charges.

Wear Me Out Boys is not responsible for stolen, lost, or misdirected packages, as well as incomplete and invalid mailing information, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technical difficulties. 

All claims on defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of delivered merchandise. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and waiver of all such claims by buyer. Any errors in item or price must be reported within 5 days.
